About
The perfect introduction to cable knitting, this super squishy and warm beanie can be worked up in hours!
The Chunky Cable Beanie is worked bottom up on circular needles, so no seaming required. The simple cabling creates a lovely braided design, and is a staple and a go to knit hat on those super cold windy days, and if you get cold ears like me, the double brim does an awesome job of protecting them.
Techniques
This pattern uses the following techniques: knitting in the round, 1x1 rib, cabling, decreases, working a pom pom.

Materials
Suggested Needles
I personally like using 16 inch / 40 cm circular needles for working hats in the round, however if you like working a magic loop method, you can choose a longer circular needles size such as 32 inches / 80 cm.
